No complaints at all for ShopSolar

The first time I shopped here, one item was damaged upon arrival, and ShopSolar sent a replacement without a complicated process. I ended up making another purchase in the store. I bought a circuit breaker, but they did not provide it. Instead, I found the product on another website. But because I liked the service from Shop Solar, I tried to ask customer service about the product. You know what? They said they could provide it and would send it to me. I was amazed by the service (once again). Everyone should shop here!

The BEST 10kw solar panel with inverter kit​

This is my first time shopping at SSK. Shopping for 10kw solar panels here was very easy, and I could read a lot of information so that I did not get confused until the checkout page. Before buying, I also visited several similar websites, and I think the best price is at SSK.

The 30w Solar Panel Kits best​ purchase of mine!

I love doing business with this store! I am not a new customer, and my fourth purchase is the 30-Watt Solar Billboard Light. The outstanding aspect isn't only the product quality but also the SERVICE. I guess everyone's talking about this, right? But that's the truth, tho. It's something very rare to find, just tryna be honest.

Let me give you an example. I had a malfunction on one of the units they sent out, and I contacted them about it. After I sent photos and explained the situation, the store immediately sent a new product. It happened on the first purchase, so I decided to be their customer until now. Unfortunately, I rarely get free shipping cause most of my orders are under $5000

Received the best 48V solar panel​ from ShopSolar

I bought a 48V solar panel at the best price I've seen online. At first, I planned to buy on Amazon but postponed it because I wanna explore more similar webs. When I found ShopSolar, I was very confident that this store was full of professionals. I was right! Installation experts also back them. They're very helpful!

I think, my only complaint is that they should update the stock on the website. The products are in stock, but when ordered, they are sold out. I don't know if it's a system error or if they forgot to change the availability status.

Recommended Store of Solar Panel Kit with Battery and Inverter

So far, my experience with the shop has been very great. They genuinely cared about my purchase and made sure everything went well even after the installation was complete.
However, your phone system seems terrible for a company that sells high-tech goods. What I don't like is the long waiting time (maybe because many customers are calling?).
